Green Property Adviser of the Year - awarded to the property advisor or consultancy that has proved itself in the provision of advice that can be seen to have made a direct contribution to sustainable and environmentally efficient development.

Green Property Company of the Year - awarded to the property developer that overall has made the most significant contribution to the advancement of sustainable development.

The next four individual awards will be awarded to the property developer for a single scheme that demonstrates best practice in sustainable development, and can provide a benchmark for future development projects. Entries are encouraged from mixed use schemes - The specific commercial sector for which the award is being entered must represent at least 25% of the scheme’s overall developed floor space.

Public Sector Award - awarded to the public sector body, local authority or public agency that overall has made the most significant contribution to the advancement of sustainable development.

Regeneration Scheme of the Year - awarded to the members of a team i.e. developers, public sector body and advisors, whose commercial development project has provided regeneration – economically and socially - to a specific location or a wider area – through a sustainable process.

Overall Green Development of the Year - This category cannot be entered but will be awarded to one of the other category winners. It will be the scheme that overall, in the view of the judges, has provided the most beneficial contribution to sustainable development.
